Prenatal Massage

This massage will focus on target areas associated with pregnancy discomfort. You will be properly supported throughout the session. Treatment will focus on relieving common aches and pains associated with pregnancy such as low back pain, sciatic pain, edema in hands, feet and ankles, and plantar fasciitis. 90 minutes is recommended for a full treatment and relaxation experience.
Clients must have completed their first trimester and cannot be high risk.

TMJ Massage

If you suffer from any symptoms related to TMJ dysfunction such as muscular pain when chewing, clicking, popping, or pain and tenderness at the joint, this massage will focus on trigger points in the jaw muscles to help relax the muscles to relieve these symptoms. It may also help with headaches, ear aches and toothaches related to TMJD as well.
Reflexology

Application of pressure on areas on the feet to relax and alleviate stress. the theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body and by pressing on certain points, it can bring these systems back into alignment.

Enjoy a massage custom tailored to your needs. Sessions will incorporate a variety of massage techniques to ensure the best individualized treatment.
First time sessions will include a consultation, posture analysis, and discussion of your goals, whether they be general relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, treatment of specific issues or injuries, or increased mobility. Pressure will then be custom tailored to your desires and needs while making sure you stay comfortable and relaxed throughout the session to establish wellness in mind, body and spirit. You can choose add-ons such as cupping therapy, hot stone, CBD, or reflexology to further customize your session. We will then discuss a plan of treatment to meet your specific goals to help you continue your wellness journey.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, flat, heated stones are applied to the body with gentle strokes to help relieve muscle tension and pain. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. May help reduce stress, anxiety and promote sleep.

Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. We will discuss ahead of time what will work best for your session and personalize to fit your needs.

Cupping uses silicone suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. The suction is used to help improve circulation, release fascia and relax muscles. This therapy is best used in combination with a deep tissue or sports massage.

Add CBD massage oil to any massage session. CBD has excellent anti-inflammatory benefits and can help prevent and relieve muscle pain, joint pain, nerve pain, muscle soreness and muscle spasms.
